Lorena is a writer/cartoonist/illustrator. She makes hopeful stories in all of those disciplines, and sometimes mixes them up into weird stuff.

She loves neon colours and lentil soup. In fact, she loves soup with an almost unsettling intensity. The hearty taste of it makes her feel at home, wherever she may be. To an immigrant kid, that’s a big deal.
